Kaja Vik (left) and Torill Bye Wilhelmsen (right) have organised founders retreats, online and in-person courses, workshops, conferences and festivals for more than 5 years.

These range from the annual conference PLAN A that gathers 60 small business owners that plan their entire business year in just 1 day, to all-inclusive mountain farm getaways with 12 founders.

Our favorite local place to hang out is BETA, the coworking space we founded in 2016 for creative, small businesses.

Now we are all in to Slow Business. Adventure. Companionship. Knowledge.
